If you’ve ever searched for something on Amazon, you’ve probably noticed that the search bar offers product suggestions as soon as you start typing Find keyword suggestions with the Amazon search bar.
You can use this search suggestion feature to your advantage to discover target keywords for your ads.
Start by thinking about what keywords potential customers might use to find a product like yours. You can probably think of four or five different ones.
Type each of these keywords into the Amazon search bar and see what queries it auto-completes.
3. Access Google Search
Shoppers don’t necessarily use the same search queries on Google and Amazon. But Google’s autocomplete predictions and search results can point you to some potentially relevant keywords to include in your Amazon ads.
Start by typing one of your product’s main google analytics universal and ga4: understand this migration search terms into the Google search bar. You’ll see that it suggests some relevant keywords.
Write them down. Then, hit the search icon and take a look at the top-ranked search engine results pages (SERPs) for your keyword.

Your search will generate a detailed report related to that URL (make sure “Exact URL” appears in the bar at the top).
Next, go to the ” Position Changes ” tab.
And scroll down to see a list of all the keywords the page is ranking for.
Write down the ones that make sense for your product list. You can repeat this for the other top search results.
